English class teachers

A true polyglot, John speaks six languages fluently and founded Languages4Life to help others discover their love of languages. When he isn’t swimming at Barceloneta beach or helping students with Spanish bureaucracy, John can be found studying Greek – language number 7.

Maria’s curiosity for teaching and learning has made her a passionate teacher and a versatile and motivated teacher trainer. She joined the Languages4Life team as a teacher in 2015 and since then has dedicated herself to teacher training and become part of the management team. She loves singing, dancing, playing all types of musical instruments, collecting records and talking about music. Her favourite spot in Barcelona is the Collserola Park, where you can take respite in nature from the city.

Our coordinator, Leyre, is from Navarra, but has been living in Barcelona for some years. Studying languages has always been her passion, so she studied Translation and Interpreting. She speaks five languages: Spanish, Basque, Catalan, English and Chinese. She lived in China for a year in order to improve her language level and there is where she discovered that she loved teaching both English and Spanish. She is now the coordinator of Languages4Life and also teaches classes.

I am Adriana and I am Catalan. I consider myself a very curious and creative girl who loves to organize plans. My goal in the classes is that they are fun and that they are the classes I would like to attend. What I like most about my job is preparing and personalizing the material for the classes.

I’ve been a French teacher for more than 8 years and had the opportunity to work at recognized language schools, in several companies, colleges and through digital courses in the last six years. I give business & general French/Spanish classes for years in companies. From my experiences as a teacher I've learned to develop several qualities essential to my profession, such as mastery of my teaching, creativity, the ability to build an excellent relationship with students and above all, confidence in students' potential to progress.

Fond of Chinese culture, history, fantasy, role-playing games and metal music, Pablo has been sharing the things he is passionate about with his students since 2016. His career as a teacher started here, at Languages4Life, where he worked until 2018. Then he moved to Taiwan, where he lived for six years, teaching Spanish at a language school in Taoyuan City. In 2024 he moved to Barcelona, and since then he’s working with us once again; this time not only as a teacher, but also as part of the Admin. Dept. In class, he enjoys preparing creative and funny activities, especially those that imply telling stories. He loves to meet people from all around the world.

Marjorie is a teacher passionate about education and language learning languages. She is originally from Peru but moved to Spain in 2017 and since then she hasn't wanted to leave. She has dedicated half of her life to teaching English and Spanish as foreign languages as well as foreign languages and also to teaching children. Through this profession, she has met people from many parts of the world and believes that language learning enriches the language learning enriches people, for this reason, she speaks Spanish, English, French and Catalan.
